The Festa del Tulipano (Tulip Festival) will be held in Castiglione del Lago from April 24 to May 2, 2026. The theme for the 56th edition of the parade floats is “Small States” (Vatican City, Principality of Monaco, Republic of San Marino, and Malta) — small in size, but rich in tradition, culture, and a strong sense of identity and community.

The highlight of the event will be the parades of the floats, true works of art covered in tulip petals

This edition will also feature:
• The “Tulip Garden”, a botanical display in Piazza Dante Alighieri
• The “Flowers and Passions” market
• The Tulip Tavern, open daily in the olive grove near Palazzo della Corgna, offering local traditional dishes
• A panoramic Ferris wheel overlooking Lake Trasimeno
• The “Blooming Windows, Squares, and Balconies” initiative, where residents and businesses will decorate their spaces with flowers, turning them into open-air works of art.
