The park/garden of Il Lavandeto di Assisi will host, on various dates between April and May 2026, the Festa dei Papaveri e della Primavera di Assisi, an event designed for those who love nature and gardening. On April 25–26 and again from May 1 to 3 and May 9 to 10, visitors will be able to freely access the garden and admire the spectacle of the poppy field. The event includes free or guided visits to explore the different areas of the garden. A central feature of the festival will be the plant nursery market exhibition, with the opportunity to purchase garden plants produced by Il Lavandeto di Assisi. For the occasion, the garden will be set up with all the collections of unusual plants grown by “Lavandeto”.
