Porchettiamo 2026
In Todi, from 22 to 24 May 2026, Porchettiamo takes place, an event entirely dedicated to porchetta, one of the most representative products of the Italian gastronomic tradition. For three days, the historic center hosts producers from different regions, creating a journey across Italy focused on the culture of street food.
The event brings together artisans and visitors around a food deeply rooted in local history and customs. Porchetta is presented in its various regional interpretations, offering the opportunity to discover preparation techniques and distinctive local characteristics.
Alongside tastings, the program features pairings with craft beers and local wines, as well as workshops and in-depth meetings dedicated to production methods and tradition. The program also includes live music, walks and activities open to a wide audience.
