Chi ha rubato il mio formaggio? 2026

From 24 to 26 April 2026, Todi hosts "Chi ha rubato il mio formaggio?", a cultural and gastronomic project dedicated to Umbrian cheese heritage. The format unfolds over three days placing cheese at the centre as an identity and cultural element of the territory, through experiences designed for families, tourists and food industry professionals.

The programme takes place across Piazza del PopoloPalazzo dei Priori and Palazzo Comunale, with a Village of Taste open from 10:00 to 19:30 on 25 and 26 April. Events range from conferences and narrative tours to rediscover local cheese traditions, workshops and tastings — including sessions on how to make fresh cheese, pairings with wine and beer — and masterclasses and cooking shows dedicated to cheese in the kitchen, with references to the traditional local dish pasticcio di Todi.

There are also activities for children, moments of exploration such as "On the Trail of the Witch Matteuccia" and "Is All Milk the Same?", and a dedicated B2B area for industry professionals to exchange ideas and develop new opportunities.
