On 7 June, in Spoleto, along Viale Trento e Trieste, the Sant’Antonio Fair will take place, an event dedicated to promoting local production and encouraging a more conscious model of consumption. The initiative aims to provide greater space for the food sector, involving local operators and producers with particular attention to regional businesses and zero-kilometre products. The event stems from the intention to support local economic activities, also in response to the difficulties that in recent years have affected commercial opportunities for many local producers, while encouraging more responsible purchasing habits. Central themes of the event include product quality, geographical origin, food safety, and environmental protection, with the aim of increasing consumer awareness and fostering a closer relationship between producers and the public.
