Porquesi 2026
Gualdo Cattaneo, May 15–17, 2026. The first edition of Porquesì marks the debut of an event dedicated to porchetta as an expression of local gastronomy and cultural identity. The initiative takes place in the historic center, offering an experience that connects food culture, community and local heritage.
During the event, porchetta is presented not only as a culinary product but also as the result of artisanal practices and knowledge passed down over time. The program creates opportunities for gathering and sharing, encouraging the discovery of local products and dialogue between tradition and contemporary perspectives.
